We are aiming to make as many products available for Subscribe and Save as possible. We will be adding new products regularly so if you don't see what you want right now, that doesn't mean it won't be available in the future! Not all products will be able to have this option and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Product prices and discounts may change without prior notice, though we always strive to keep our prices as low as possible. You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time if you’re dissatisfied with any price adjustments. If you see a price change and wish to cancel your order, please contact us to discuss available options.
By default, all Subscribe and Save products come with a discount of up to 10%. If a product goes on promotion while you have an active subscription, only the Subscribe and Save discount will apply, as promotional discounts cannot be combined with Subscribe and Save discounts.
For example, if a product has a 5% promotion, your subscription order will still only include the Subscribe and Save discount.
It’s not possible to add, remove, or change products within an existing subscription. To make these changes, please create a new subscription and cancel the current one. You can manage subscriptions by navigating to Account > Subscriptions.
There are no limits on the number of subscriptions you can have. Subscriptions with the same delivery frequency (same day) will typically be delivered on the same day by the same courier.
If your card has expired or your details are incorrect, you cannot update them directly from your account. Please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in updating your card details.
To manage all of your subscriptions, including the option to pause or cancel them when necessary, please go to Account > Subscriptions.
