In some cases, yes, but NHS provision is rationed, typically limited to a set number of products per day, and the choice of brand and style is restricted. Incontinence pads will need to be changed regularly, depending on the severity of the incontinence. Those suffering from urinary incontinence find they have to change their pads about 4-6 times per day.

By default, all Subscribe and Save products come with a discount of up to 10%. If a product goes on promotion while you have an active subscription, only the Subscribe and Save discount will apply, as promotional discounts cannot be combined with Subscribe and Save discounts.

For example, if a product has a 5% promotion, your subscription order will still only include the Subscribe and Save discount.

It’s not possible to add, remove, or change products within an existing subscription. To make these changes, please create a new subscription and cancel the current one. You can manage subscriptions by navigating to Account > Subscriptions.

There are no limits on the number of subscriptions you can have. Subscriptions with the same delivery frequency (same day) will typically be delivered on the same day by the same courier.

If your card has expired or your details are incorrect, you cannot update them directly from your account. Please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in updating your card details.

To manage all of your subscriptions, including the option to pause or cancel them when necessary, please go to Account > Subscriptions.

Start with two questions: how much leakage are you managing, and when does it happen? Light leaks during the day are usually covered by pads; moderate-to-heavy daytime leakage suits pull-up pants; overnight or mobility-related needs are best served by slips or all-in-ones. Yes. If you have a long-term illness or disability, you can buy eligible incontinence products VAT-free under HMRC rules. You complete a short declaration at checkout; no doctor's note is required. The 20% VAT is removed from the price automatically. Full details are on our VAT exemption page

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the product type on the label. There is nothing on the box or the courier manifest that identifies the contents as incontinence products.

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £100. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before the daily cut-off. Orders under £100 are charged a flat delivery fee shown at checkout.
