Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or some disposable (short-term) care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g. credit/debit card) within a few business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:

   Sometimes it may take a little longer for the refund to appear.

2. Contact Your Credit Card Company
   It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

3. Contact Your Bank
   There is often a standard processing time before a refund is fully reflected.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first via email at:

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is not due to an error on our part (for example, if the item was ordered in the incorrect size or the wrong product was selected), and you request us to arrange the return collection, a collection fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping or collection fees will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Return delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
