Incontinence products are items such as large shaped pads, discreet pads, adult nappies and disposable pull up pants. Disposable pads are better suited to those with moderate-heavy incontinence whereas the disposable pull-up pants have the added benefit of odour protection.

This depends, very much, on the area in which you live. In some areas it is possible to that your GP or local hospital will prescribe free pads for your urinary incontinence. However, there is still the chance that you will still have to pay for them.

Incontinence pads will need to be changed regularly, depending on the severity of the incontinence. Those suffering from urinary incontinence find they have to change their pads about 4-6 times per day.

VAT law states that you must be 'chronically sick or disabled' to qualify for VAT relief. More information about VAT exemption can be found here

By default, all Subscribe and Save products come with a discount of up to 10%. If a product goes on promotion while you have an active subscription, only the Subscribe and Save discount will apply, as promotional discounts cannot be combined with Subscribe and Save discounts.

For example, if a product has a 5% promotion, your subscription order will still only include the Subscribe and Save discount.

It’s not possible to add, remove, or change products within an existing subscription. To make these changes, please create a new subscription and cancel the current one. You can manage subscriptions by navigating to Account > Subscriptions.

There are no limits on the number of subscriptions you can have. Subscriptions with the same delivery frequency (same day) will typically be delivered on the same day by the same courier.

If your card has expired or your details are incorrect, you cannot update them directly from your account. Please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in updating your card details.

To manage all of your subscriptions, including the option to pause or cancel them when necessary, please go to Account > Subscriptions.
